HOVIP has been working closely with Cardiff University to deliver relevant training courses.

To assist this process the members of the HOVIP Turning Heads Club (HoV Innovation winners and entrants only) were asked to identify their recession-based training needs.

The majority (35% response rate) highlighted: Marketing on a Tight Budget (see attached).

As a result, the courses are now open to any organization with various subsidies highlighted below:

26 January and 10 February: Marketing - Get Your Message Across

• Date: 26 Jan and 10 Feb (two half-day workshops plus lunch)
• Venue: ViTCC, Tredegar
• Cost (covers both sessions): £163 (all). £100 (businesses in the boroughs of Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Merthyr Tydfil, Rhondda Cynon Taf and Torfaen). £40 (Turning Heads Club members).
• Places: 4 booked – ONLY 8 remaining places.
